We do not provide clinical advice or regulated health services. The information shared is not intended to substitute for professional advice from a qualified provider regarding health concerns.
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee equal to the session cost.
Refunds for completed consultations are not provided, as the service involves dedicated time and tailored resource preparation. For packages, unused sessions may be refunded minus a processing fee within 30 days of purchase.
Wellbeing Plan holds no liability for any changes in wellness resulting from the application of our advice, as individual outcomes vary based on adherence and external lifestyle variables.
Clients are encouraged to discuss any significant habit changes with their personal health team. Our responsibility is limited to the professional delivery of consulting time and evidence-based educational materials.
All materials provided during sessions, including PDFs, meal mapping documents, and educational guides, are the intellectual property of Wellbeing Plan. These are provided for your personal use only.
Redistribution, public sharing, or commercial use of our resource materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
